Welcome to Los Rayos Digos

Southern Charm
The City of Festivals. Palm City of the Philippines. The Music Capital of the South.
Welcome to Tagum City, Davao del Norte’s vibrant capital and cultural hub that celebrates fourteen festivals throughout the year.

Tagum City is now home to the latest lakeside residential district, Los Rayos Lake Residences.

Lakeside Living
Los Rayos Lake Residences is an exquisite residential retreat built around a central lake and is surrounded by the lush flora and fauna of Davao. Wake up to cool breezes and enjoy leisurely strolls around recreational facilities that the whole family can enjoy.

Cosmopolitan Crossroads
Enjoy the best of both worlds with prime residential living close to the city center.
Los Rayos is easily accessible to Tagum City, a progressive and secure metropolis with numerous establishments, schools, shopping malls, restaurants, plantations, eco-parks and agricultural businesses.

Situated at the crossroads between metropolitan Davao and Compostela Valley, Tagum is accessible by land, sea and air travel. Mindanao’s busiest airport, Francisco Bangoy International Airport, is one hour and thirty minutes away by road. Tagum is also considered as the country’s next big center for the Meetings, Investments, Conferences and Events (MICE) Industry.

At Nature’s Doorstep
Los Rayos Lake Residences is a 37-hectare property situated within the exclusive Hijo Estates, an eco-agri tourism destination that encompasses 760 hectares of natural attractions and prime real estate development. The Hijo Estates township at the heart of Tagum is hailed as the next big economic hub in the southern Philippines, a sustainable tourism gem that showcases its natural landscapes as a way to increase awareness on nature conservation.

Los Rayos Lake Residences invite you to live amidst nature’s splendor with lush mangrove forests, Philippine hardwood trees, and a four kilometer stretch of white sand beach right at your doorstep.
With state-of-the-art transportation infrastructure projects underway in Mindanao, Los Rayos Lake Residences will be accessible to key cities in the region. Envisioned to operate by 2022, the 102-kilometer Mindanao Railway will connect Tagum City, Davao del Norte to Digos City, Davao del Sur with only an hour’s train ride, and with a frequency of up to six trains per hour. Main Mindanao cities such as Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos, Iligan, Surigao and Zamboanga peninsula will also be linked by the railway upon the railway project’s completion.
