• ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of B.S. Accountancy
    • Must be a licensed CPA
    • At least 5 years related work experience preferably in real estate company, 2 years of which in a Supervisory position
    • Preferably from one of these accounting firms: (SGV, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte Philippines)
    • Proficient in MS Excel and other Accounting System
    • Preferably lives near Cainta
    • Willing to be assigned in other areas within the Philippines
  • INTERNAL AUDITOR

    Qualification:

    • Must be a licensed CPA
    • With proven experience as an Internal Auditor
    • Knowledgeable in applicable auditing standards, rules and regulations
    • High attention to details and high analytical skills
    • Advanced computer skills
    • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports
    • With sound independent judgment
  • ACCOUNT OFFICER

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of any 4-year business course
    • At least one (1) year experience in Accounting related work
    • Has the ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response
    • to customer inquiries
    • Has strong organizational skills
    • Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
    • Has patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
    • Has the ability to work well under pressure/courteous
    • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas/Cainta office
  • COLLECTION ASSISTANT

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of any 4-year business course
    • Has the ability to work with patience and courtesy with customers
    • Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
    • Has the ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
    • Has strong organizational skill
    • Must work well under pressure
  • DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of any 4-year business course
    • Has the ability to work with patience and courtesy with customers
    • Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing

    • Has strong organizational skill

  • PROCUREMENT AND INVOICE COORDINATOR

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of any Business course
    • Must be familiar with NOAH Business Application
    • Has the ability to communicate with suppliers
    • Has basic knowledge of sales invoicing
    • Has strong organizational skills
    • Must be keen on details
