The Sta. Lucia Group is considered one of the Philippines’ biggest real estate companies with over 10,000 hectares of land developed with more than 200 development projects throughout the country.

Since its inception in 1972 by members of the Robles-Santos Family, the company focused on building planned residential subdivisions communities that cater to the emerging middle class.

Sta. Lucia Group successfully diversified into vertical residential developments and currently expanding its business to this project category. The Sta. Lucia Group is also a leading developer of golf courses in the Philippines, having developed the largest number of golf courses in the country and has also developed the 10.5-hectare Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall in Cainta, Rizal. The Sta. Lucia Group through Sta Lucia Land Inc. (SLI) expects to continue its real estate business through its subsidiaries.

1. ACCOUNTING STAFF

Requirements:

  • BS Accountancy graduate
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Possess general math skills
  • Has general computer skills
  • Has reporting skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Cainta Office

 

2. CREDIT ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Has the ability to work with patience and courtesy with customers
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
  • Has the ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
  • Has strong organizational skill
  • Has the ability to enter information into multiple screens while listening to information from customers
  • Must work well under pressure

 

3. DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Has the ability to work with patience and courtesy with customers.
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
  • Has the ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
  • Has strong organizational skill
  • Must work well under pressure

 

4. SALES ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year work experience in similar position, preferred but not required
  • Must have excellent computer skill in excel
  • Computer skills in excel, powerpoint, spreadsheets and other programs at a high proficient level
  • Must have good working knowledge of NOAH system
  • Must have good oral communication skills

 

5. PROJECT ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; preferably licensed
  • Has the ability to plan, schedule, monitor and manage the project
  • Has the ability to manage a team
  • Has the ability to work within budgets and deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to drive is an advantage

 

6. PROPERTY MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Management or Engineering or related degree
  • Has at least 1 year work experience in similar capacity
  • Has the following skills: Supervisory/Interpersonal/written and oral communication skills
  • Has the ability to prepare and review contracts
  • Can communicate well in all levels of the organization
  • Has the ability to speak the Chinese language (Mandarin)
  • Preferably residing in Pasig or Rizal area

 

7. DRIVER

Requirements:

  • Preferably college graduate or graduate of any vocational course. Holder of short course certificate in auto mechanic/automotive is an advantage.
  • At least two (2) years work experience in similar position.
  • Candidate must possess a professional driver’s license.
  • Required skill(s): Vehicle troubleshooting, defensive driving.
  • Have a neat, clean-cut appearance.
  • Must be willing to work on a longer hours as needed.
  • Have no serious moving violations in the last 3 years* such as: Excessive speed (more over the posted speed limit). Hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident or failure to report an accident. Reckless driving. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Driving without license.

 

8. COMMISSION PROCESSING ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • BS Accountancy or Finance graduate
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Possess general math skills
  • Has general computer skills
  • Has reporting skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas area

 

9. COLLECTION ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Has the ability to work with patience and courtesy with customers
  • Has the  ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
  • Has the ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
  • Has strong organizational skill
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Office

 

9. CIVIL ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Has the ability to plan, schedule, monitor and manage the project
  • Excels in team working and people skills
  • Good communication skills

 

10. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College degree Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Possesses a professional level verbal and written communications skills
  • Has in-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
  • Has the ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Willing to Learn, Detail-oriented, Hard working & Confident

 

11. HR STAFF

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human resource management or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year work experience in HR Generalist position
  • Has strong background in recruitment and training
  • Knowledgeable in government mandated benefits, compensation and benefits
  • Has the ability to deal with top management level
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to details
  • Has good computer skills: excel, powerpoint, adobe photoshop and iWork
  • Must work well under pressure
