• SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT

    Responsible for ensuring compliance with tax rules and regulations, handle tax diligence work, prepare or assist in the preparation of corporate and expatriate tax returns, review corporate tax returns, render advice on the tax accounting treatment of transactions, handle tax assessments and other forms of tax assistance.

     

    Requirements:

     

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    • Preferably from one of these accounting firms: (SGV, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte Philippines)
    • At least 3-5 years working experience in tax accounting, audits, reconciliation and BIR assessments
    • Must have experience/handled engagements dealing with and conferring with regulatory bodies (BIR, LGU, PEZA, etc.)
    • Must be knowledgeable in real estate (an advantage)
    • Experience advantages: SAP, tax compliance
  • ACCOUNT OFFICER

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of any 4-year business course
    • At least one (1) year experience in Accounting related work
    • Has the ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response
      to customer inquiries
    • Has strong organizational skills
    • Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
    • Has patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
    • Has the ability to work well under pressure/courteous
    • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas/Cainta office
  • ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of any 4-year business course
    • Has good recording skills
    • Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
    • Has strong organizational skills
    • Has the ability to work well under pressure/courteous
  • SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business
    • At least six (6) months to one (1) year work experience in similar position, preferred but not required
    • Must have excellent computer skill in excel
    • Has the ability to multi task
    • Has excellent customer service skills
    • Has good analytical and organizational skills
    • Has good mathematical ability
    • Must have good oral communication skills
  • MOTORIZED MESSENGER

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least high school or vocational diploma
    • Has current driver’s license
    • Preferably with certificate of driving course completion
    • Familiar with Metro Manila routes.
    • Experience as a motorized messenger is an advantage

    Requirements:

    • BS Accountancy graduate
    • Deadline-oriented
    • Possess general math skills
    • Has general computer skills

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business
    • At least six (6) months to one (1) year work experience in similar position, preferred but not required
    • Must have excellent computer skill in excel
    • Computer skills in excel, powerpoint, spreadsheets and other programs at a high proficient level
    • Must have good working knowledge of NOAH system
    • Must have good oral communication skills
  • PROJECT ENGINEER

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; preferably licensed
    • Has the ability to plan, schedule, monitor and manage the project
    • Has the ability to manage a team
    • Has the ability to work within budgets and deadlines
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to drive is an advantage
  • COLLECTION ASSISTANT

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of any 4-year business course
