Sta. Lucia Land spotlights Davao developments amid Kadayawan festivities
AS DAVAO CITY prepares for its annual Kadayawan Festival this August, real estate pioneer Sta. Lucia Land Inc. is inviting festival visitors and prospective investors to explore the city’s expanding economic landscape through its growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.
Aside from its tourism sector, Davao has seen significant and hopeful performances in its local markets which includes its infrastructure sector, educational institutions and agriculture. Along with Sta. Lucia Mall Davao, the company had also developed some of the city’s prominent neighborhoods and distinct destinations for leisure, places that investors can explore during their visit for the Kadayawan festival.
SotoGrande Hotel Davao (in photo) is a 20-storey condotel development that is part of Sta. Lucia’s main hotel line up, featuring exquisitely curated rooms and promising amenities including a swimming pool, fitness gym and a fine dining restaurant. The 28-hectare Ponte Verde, meanwhile, is situated at just the ideal location adjacent to the Sta. Lucia Mall Davao and in close proximity of the Francisco Bangoy International Airport.
At the district of Mandug in Davao City lies the Rancho Palos Verdes Golf and Country Club, a massive 164-hectare development features world class championship golf course and exquisite sport facilities. There is also the 6.8-hectare Alta Monte which offers a laid-back community located in Barangay Tigatto, with community amenities including a clubhouse, a swimming pool, function area and a multipurpose court.
