There’s no denying that we welcome long weekends and holidays with wide open arms.
We are quite fortunate that being an archipelago, we are blessed with beaches where we can unwind and go for some much needed rest from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis.
In spite of this, we are also met with the same dilemma every time: where do we take the family and where can we stay for the long weekend especially on such short notice?
Trusted long time property developer Sta. Lucia Land Inc., in a joint venture with the Jaka Group, has sorted this predicament out for those seeking a permanent vacation home with Nasacosta, a beachside resort-residential development located in Nasugbu, Batangas.
The municipality of Nasugbu is known for its white sand beach resorts and is thus a favorite getaway for both local and foreign vacationers. Nasacosta is situated along a strip of carved beachfront adjacent to high-end developments like Kawayan Cove, Terrazas de Punta Fuego, Tali Beach and Maya-maya Yacht Club.
All lots at Nasacosta’s Phase 1 are within walking distance to the beach. The gently sloping terrain is child-, elderly- and vehicle-friendly.
Amenities include landscaped entrance gates, tree-lined streets, 24/7 security, swimming pools, garden roof deck, pathways and trails, view decks, a spa and beach club.
Nasacosta is comprised of The Ridge, which offers residential lots; The Peaks for those who prefer condominium units; Nasacosta Hotel, which offers condotel units; and The Sands, for those who, meanwhile, want a beach club membership.
The Peaks is located along a strip of carved beachfront of Nasugbu and consists of six towers, with six floors each.
The condominium project stands on an elevated portion of the property with an unhampered view of the ocean. The Peaks offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom fully furnished units that are luxurious in size and amenities.
The Ridge, meanwhile, allows future residents to build a home where privacy, comfort and tranquility are the foundations. All homes at this residential project will have a modern tropical look and feel. At The Ridge, Nasacosta promises to give you and your family the peace of mind that you deserve.
The name “Nasacosta” means “at the land by the sea,” coined from a combination of the Filipino word “nasa” which translates to “at the” and the Spanish word “costa” which means “coast” in English.
Nasacosta as a name was chosen for its simplicity and easy recall, symbolic of the purpose of the development which is to bring people back to the times when life was simple and basic, wherein one easily recalls the fun memories spent with family, friends and loved ones.
