Home Options Outside Metro Manila
The idea to move out of Metro Manila is becoming popular now because of COVID-19. With the congestion in Metro Manila, the lure of the suburbs and the provinces is stronger now because of the wide-open spaces, proximity to nature, and opportunities to achieve a well-balanced lifestyle.
There are a lot of available options in the market to those seeking to find assets outside Metro Manila, Sta. Lucia Land Inc. president Exequiel Robles said.
“Urban living has its perks, but it isn’t for everybody. As the population continues to increase and areas become highly dense, many are now seriously considering moving outside the metro and relocating to nearby provinces. Such decisions are being made even more convenient and practical given the government’s Build Build Build program, which makes these areas more accessible,” Robles said.
With the Build Build Build program, there are now more opportunities in the provinces, allowing progress and growth to extend and be felt outside of the usual urban growth centers.
Sta. Lucia Land itself currently has an expansive, impressive portfolio in key areas, including Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Palawan, Iloilo, Cebu, Davao and Negros Occidental.
In Batangas, Sta. Lucia has Catalina Lake Residences Bauan, a SpanishMediterranean themed lakeside community that features open spaces, a lake, and lush greenery. This masterplanned development offers a calming vibe that seamlessly blends with Batangas’ idyllic yet modern atmosphere. Catalina offers lots for as low as P8,000 per sqm.
In Cavite, there’s the Saddle & Clubs Leisure Park in Cavite, which is all about communing with nature while still having access to some of life’s luxuries. For only P6,000 per sqm, one can easily start investing in a prime residential lot here.
“We’ve always seen the value of creating projects outside of the metro.
Having built numerous developments in the countryside, we are well aware of the growth potential of these areas. As we continuously and responsibly develop properties, we have helped bring progress in the provinces. We hope that through our developments, we could help entice homebuyers and investors to experience the beauty and allure of living in the countryside,” Robles said.
