When adversities dog you at work, you just wish the day would end so you could head home. But that does not happen so fast. What if the home is far away? What if it’s too cramped and uncomfortable? These struggles are unhelpful, even injurious to the weary.
Well, none of those are issues for residents of La Breza Tower, a centrally located condominium tower built by trusted developer Sta. Lucia Land. The 22-story building is just along Mother Ignacia Avenue in Quezon City. On those off days, residents can just punch out at work, quickly reach their luxurious home and begin to live. And not just live, but live in style.
La Breza Tower offers 186 residential units for homebuyers and 64 condotel units for investors. The products begin with the 36 sqm standard studio layout. The most generous configurations are the two-bedroom units and the four bi-level penthouse units, each with its own balcony and garden.
Given the limited number of the larger offerings, you may be unable to snag one of them. Do not fret, however. Even the smaller units have fine finishes and space-maximizing layouts.
For the residential units, all areas are either fitted with tile or laminate wood flooring. The toilet-and-bath and kitchen feature granite countertops. The kitchen has built-in cabinets and provisions for a range hood. The airconditioned condotels, meanwhile, are carpeted in the living and dining areas, and tiled in the toilet-and-bath. All units have balconies to give residents and guests a great view of the outdoors. Some even come with their own gardens.
The amenities truly elevate the living experience. La Breza Tower has a banquet hall and function rooms for gatherings. Residents and guests can access the expansive gym if they want to sweat the stress out. They can also relax on the Jacuzzi or use the lap pool while the young ones share the kiddie pool.
The units come with provisions for internet, telephone and cable, among others. They have their own water and electric meters in mechanical rooms on each level. Garbage is picked up daily from separate storage rooms per floor.
Most importantly, the 24/7 security and CCTV cameras keep the building safe. Plus, it has two fire extinguishers and a fire hose cabinet on each floor, plus smoke detectors and sprinklers. On top of these, the structure itself is earthquake-resistant.
Don’t let the calm and laid-back vibe fool you. You are still in a highly accessible quarter of Metro Manila, at the heart of Quezon City. Distance is never an issue at La Breza Tower— the world of possibilities is literally just outside your door. It is only a few meters from Edsa and Quezon Avenue, placing you minutes away from the train system and other transport options. You can walk to Eton Centris for work then Tomas Morato for a night out. The biggest retail spots and recreational areas are a short ride— or walk, if you like—away, not to mention ABS-CBN and GMA.
You don’t have to be so distant from the thriving urban center to find yourself a fine sanctuary after a hard day’s work. La Breza Tower beckons.
