The COVID-19 pandemic could not stop Royale Homes Marketing Corp. (RHMC) from celebrating 26 years of bridging topnotch properties and prospective investors.
With the restrictions on movement and social events, RHMC was unable to organize the much-anticipated company outing usually marking the company anniversary. However, through a virtual party over Zoom on Sept. 8, the sales force and staff merrily celebrated this milestone.
In the thanksgiving celebration, RHMC gave out recognitions to its service awardees for 2020. Games, raffles and giveaways kept the attendees on their toes, while a contest was held for the most fashionable face mask, making the event unique.
The strengths that were on full display at that virtual gathering explained how the company, the exclusive marketing arm of Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Inc. and Sta. Lucia Land Inc., became a leader in real estate marketing in the country. The migration to the online platform shows its adaptability and its resilient commitment to consumers and trust in its people.
Royale Homes celebrated 26 years of bridging topnotch properties and prospective investors.
The company began on Sept. 8, 1994, led by female entrepreneurs Matilde P. Robles, Ma. Melinda A. Bernardino and Ma. Carmina A. Sotto. Even then, they were eager to lead by helping investors find the best and most suited properties for them. Soon enough, they secured exclusive deals to market premier residential and resort projects for the Sta. Lucia group and its joint venture partners. It was uphill from there.
RHMC become an exclusive marketing arm of the Sta. Lucia brand, closing deals for residences, commercial spaces, golf and leisure estates and beach resorts from Pangasinan to Davao. It even expanded its clientele to the global market through its grit and superb service. From operating from a one-room office, it now has a whole floor, a training and development center, and branches in different key cities.
The founders of RHMC concede that a competitive workforce that shares their values propelled the group upward. It was, thus, easy for them to maintain an inclusive and motivating workplace. Big on commitment and development, it so willingly provides incentives and training opportunities—and virtual parties—for its sales brokers, partners and associates.
Still with a strong sense of mission, dynamism and trust in its people, RHMC marches on to its vision “to be a leading real-estate marketing organization in the Philippines.”
