To celebrate 29 successful years working with champions in life, Royale Homes Marketing Corp. (RHMC), the pioneer marketing arm of leading developer Sta. Lucia Land Inc., gathered its employees and salesforce for an unforgettable gathering on Sept. 1.

They came together for the anniversary party and teambuilding at The Greenery Bulacan in Baliuag, a top destination for gatherings nowadays—only the best for the best workforce, as RHMC declared in its celebration’s theme: “Tunay na tagumpay para sa mga kampeon ng buhay!” (Genuine success for champions in life!)

The celebrations kicked off with the teambuilding activity. The group was broken down into five teams, who then battled it out in friendly competitions, such as the hula-hoop relay, plank race and rolling mat race, among others.

Afterward, the employees and salesforce transformed from a sporty set to cowboys and -girls for the rodeo-themed anniversary party. RHMC parties are known to commit to motifs so, as expected, everyone showed up in impressive attires.

RHMC paid homage to service awardees, employees who remained with the company through thick and thin for 5, 15, and 25 years. Two were feted for staying for five years, four for 15 years and two for 25 years.

The company also gave away citations for the Most Outstanding Branch for each month before revealing the Most Outstanding Branch for 2023, the Bauan Branch. Among the top employees for each month, the one who emerged as Employee of the Year 2023 was Jenisa Balili, a section head at Royale Homes Holdings Inc. (RHHI).

All the awardees received certificates, plaques, trophies, corporate gifts and cash. Everyone then awaited their luck at the raffle, where RHMC gave away minor and major prizes—a sign of how grateful the company has been for a successful run.

If one is familiar with RHMC’s beginnings, one would understand where the spirit of thanksgiving comes from. Matilde P. Robles decided to venture into real estate in 1994, enlisting the help of her childhood friends, Ma. Carmina A. Sotto and Ma. Melinda A. Bernardino to establish RHMC. (Now they are the President, EVP for Sales, Marketing and Training, and EVP for Finance and Administration of RHMC, respectively.)

RHMC started operations on Sept. 8 that year from a single-room office. By 1998, RHMC had successfully marketed projects in Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon from Ilocos and the Cordillera to Southern Tagalog, even Davao. It made business sense for Sta. Lucia to turn RHMC into its exclusive marketing arm.

Today, the female trio and their much bigger team expertly sell house-and-lot packages, leisure and residential estates, condominiums, beach resorts and lakeside communities, and other projects that Sta. Lucia would entrust to them.

Aside from running various branches across Luzon, RHMC now has a thriving office covering a whole floor. From that place, they can easily think of strategies to highlight the selling points of Sta. Lucia products and train more people to become elite members of the staff and salesforce who proudly bear the RHMC edge, cemented in the company’s very own vision: “Serbisyong Royale, Arugang Tunay” (Royale service, genuine care).
