As per the report, the notice was distributed via the prescribed modes of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which included: the posting of the notice in the company’s website, disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange digital platform EDGE submission system and publication on partnered news companies such as Manila Bulletin, Philippine Star and Business World.

During the meeting, presence of significant figures was acknowledged with both officers and directors. Those who were present included SLI President Mr. Exequiel D. Robles, SLI Chairman Mr. Vicente R. Santos, SLI Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer Mr. David Dela Cruz, SLI Treasurer Ms. Mariza Santos-Tan and SLI Assistant Treasurer Ms. Aurora Robles. Under the officers, those who attended were Chief Sustainability Officer and VP Investor Relations and Corporate Planning Mr. Jeremiah Pampolina, Corporate Secretary Ms. Patrica A. O. Bunye, Assistant Corporate Secretary Mr. Eric T. Dykimching, Assistant Corporate Secretary Ms. Crystal Prado, and VP Controller and Data Protection Officer Ms. Hanani B. Palmon. On the director side, Mr. Antonio Robles, Mr. Orestes Santos and Mr. Simeon S. Cua were also in attendance; joined by independent directors Mr. Danilo A. Antonio and Retired Court of Appeals Justice Mr. Renato C. Francisco.

A certification of quorum was then conducted wherein a total of 80.78% of the overall shares were present during the meeting. Provisions were declared for shares who were not in attendance but may be represented via proxy. Resolution was also approved for the minutes of meeting recorded during the SLI Annual Stockholders Meeting 2024 and a transcript of such meeting was also published on the SEC online platform.

Additionally, the meeting moved to the nomination and election of board members for the term of 2025-2026 wherein most shareholders voted unanimously. Before the appointment of the elected board members, a report of their attendance during the previous general meetings were noted and considered.

As one of the most awaited portions of the meeting, SLI President and CEO Mr. Exequiel Robles gave a financial report on the overall performance of SLI for the past year. Based on the report, SLI achieved 6.96% increase on its gross revenues, 13.56% increase on its net income, 9.89% on its total assets and 13.33% on its earnings per share. Along with this updates, Mr. Robles also shared the ongoing projects and expansions nationwide in the regions of South Luzon, North Luzon, and Western Visayas including commercial projects covering over 2 million square meters and the upcoming opening of the Sta. Lucia Mall Davao.
